We’ve been here for 10 years. The 2500 sq ft academy is equipped well and has 2 large fully matted training areas, and a relaxation / viewing areas for students and parents (the Dudley academy is pretty much the same).
We cater for all ages and levels of skill.

Most people start with our kickboxing programme as it gives you a strong foundation to be an effective martial artist.
You'll be fitter, stronger and more confident in just a matter of weeks. In fact, you won't believe just how quickly it melts unsightly fat away and leaves you looking toned and trim.
You'll learn what's called High Percentage Techniques.
For example, did you know over 90% of street attacks come from the right hand (and that's a police statistic). So it makes to know several defences and counters to an unexpected right hand, right?
Well, knowing them is one thing but being able to deal with one without thinking - that's completely different.
